Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DOREMIND, its services, and overall platform located at doremind.pro (“Site”, “Platform”), operated by TESSELLAS STUDIO FZE (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Eligibility

To use DOREMIND, you must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access core features of the Site, you must create an account. You may register manually or log in via Google authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or breach of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use DOREMIND only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or similar automated methods to access the platform.

4. Payments and Billing

DOREMIND uses Stripe to securely process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions, available at https://stripe.com/legal. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

All prices, features, and access levels are subject to change with notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform, but you grant DOREMIND a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide its core services.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5.1 Responsibility for Submitted Work

You agree to act responsibly and ethically when submitting any work or content to DOREMIND. You may only claim authorship or ownership of work created by you or your team. Submitting work that is not yours or falsely claiming authorship may result in account suspension or permanent termination. We reserve the right to investigate any reports of false claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with DOREMIND is the intellectual property of DOREMIND or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our express permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that we determine violates these Terms or harms the DOREMIND community.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DOREMIND is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOREMIND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOREMIND and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DOREMIND operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
