Doremind includes a set of built-in team-building and engagement tools designed to help Workspaces create a more connected, human-centered environment and strengthen relationships between users.
Birthday Notifications
One of these tools are automated Birthday notifications, which allows Workspaces to recognize and celebrate user birthdays without any manual tracking. Once birthdate data is stored in user profiles, Doremind automatically checks for matches on a daily basis and triggers the appropriate workflows when a birthday is detected.
On the user side, the system sends personalized congratulations via email and through the Telegram bot, ensuring that each member receives a timely and consistent message across preferred communication channels.
At the same time, Doremind notifies Workspace administrators that a user has a birthday on that day. This gives teams full visibility and allows them to additionally acknowledge the occasion manually if needed, for example by sending personal messages, bonuses, or public congratulations inside the Workspace.
Team-building features like birthday recognition help create a more positive and connected Workspace environment, where users feel seen and valued beyond their day-to-day tasks. Even small moments of recognition contribute to stronger engagement, better relationships within teams, and a more supportive overall culture within Doremind.
