Doremind includes a set of built-in team-building and engagement tools designed to help Workspaces create a more connected, human-centered environment and strengthen relationships between users.
Birthday Notifications
One of these tools are automated Birthday notifications, which allows Workspaces to recognize and celebrate user birthdays without any manual tracking. Once birthdate data is stored in user profiles, Doremind automatically checks for matches on a daily basis and triggers the appropriate workflows when a birthday is detected.
On the user side, the system sends personalized congratulations via email and through the Telegram bot, ensuring that each member receives a timely and consistent message across preferred communication channels.
At the same time, Doremind notifies Workspace administrators that a user has a birthday on that day. This gives teams full visibility and allows them to additionally acknowledge the occasion manually if needed, for example by sending personal messages, bonuses, or public congratulations inside the Workspace.
Team-building features like birthday recognition help create a more positive and connected Workspace environment, where users feel seen and valued beyond their day-to-day tasks. Even small moments of recognition contribute to stronger engagement, better relationships within teams, and a more supportive overall culture within Doremind.
Mass Messages via Telegram Bot
Another important engagement tool within Doremind is the ability for Workspace administrators to send mass messages to all team members directly through the integrated Telegram bot. This feature is accessible from the Workspace settings page and is designed to simplify internal communication, especially when there is a need to quickly share updates, announcements, reminders, or important organizational information.
Once a message is composed and sent, Doremind automatically distributes it to all users who are connected to the Workspace via Telegram bot, ensuring consistent and immediate delivery across the entire team. This removes the need for manual group messaging or external broadcasting tools, keeping communication centralized and aligned within the platform.
By enabling direct, system-driven communication at scale, this feature helps teams stay informed and coordinated without adding operational complexity. It supports transparency, improves message reach, and ensures that important updates are not missed, contributing to a more connected and responsive Workspace environment.
