Managing Your Project

After creating a Project in Doremind, you can manage it through a range of flexible tools designed to support the entire lifecycle of your work:

  • Assign or remove Workspace Users to keep the project team accurate and up to date. This ensures that only the individuals directly involved in development have access to the project’s information, tasks, and resources. Adjusting the user list also helps maintain clear ownership and accountability throughout each phase.

  • Pin the Project to your Workspace Dashboard for immediate and convenient access. Pinned projects appear prominently in your interface, allowing you to jump directly into active work without searching through the full project list. This is especially useful when managing multiple projects simultaneously or when you want to keep your most important work visible at all times.

  • Change the Project Stage as part of a natural work lifecycle – from Development stage to either Completed or Support.

    • Each stage activates specific features and tools aligned with that part of the workflow, helping you manage deliverables and ongoing responsibilities more effectively.

    • A key milestone occurs when the project leaves the Development stage for the first time: all assigned users automatically have this project added to their Public Portfolio. This serves as a recognition and a permanent record of their contribution to its creation.

  • Archive the Project when it is no longer active – for example, if the associated website or service is being discontinued. Archiving keeps the project securely stored without appearing in your active workspace, ensuring your dashboard stays organized while still preserving the project for reference, reporting, or historical records.
