This guide walks you through the core parts of the platform so you can go from a fresh account to a fully set up workspace in a single sitting.
Who Doremind is for
Doremind was built around how web studios actually work rather than around generic project management templates. If you are a freelancer managing several client sites at once, or a small studio where the same few people handle development, hosting, and client communication, the platform is designed to reflect that structure directly instead of forcing you to adapt a generic Kanban board to fit your workflow.
What you will set up
Every account in Doremind is organized around a small number of connected concepts. A Workspace is the container for everything you do, whether that is your own studio or a specific team you belong to. Inside a Workspace, Projects represent the actual client work, and each Project can be linked to a Client record so that contact details, history, and communication stay attached to the right work rather than scattered across email threads.
For anyone managing live websites, Doremind also lets you track Hosting Providers, Servers, and Environments tied to each project, which becomes useful the moment you are juggling more than a handful of client sites with different hosting setups and renewal dates. Team members can be added to a Workspace and assigned to specific projects, so people only see what is relevant to them instead of the entire studio’s workload.

We start with creating and verifying your account, then move to setting up your first Workspace, adding Projects and Clients, and configuring the tools around them such as Domains, reminders, and team access. Each article is written to be followed directly inside your own account, so you can read a section and apply it immediately rather than reading through the entire guide before getting started.
